VirtueStaff is looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer to lead the transformation of our client's business operations by analyzing existing workflows and re-engineering them using cutting-edge AI agents and automation sequences.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in JavaScript and Python
• Proven track record in building complex automation workflows and integrating AI-driven logic
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and related large language model (LLM) APIs.
• Strong background in professional software or automation development
• Experience within the Marketing Industry is highly ideal, specifically regarding how marketing operations can be automated
• Ability to map out business operations and identify the "logic" required to translate them into a digital agent
