Requirements
- Using Substance Designer to design and produce various high-quality game materials
- Developing stylized and realistic PBR materials using procedural texturing techniques
- Building and maintaining a material library and optimizing material resources for reuse
- Collaborating with 3D scene, LA art, and TA teams to ensure material integration and compatibility in major game engines
- Creating and maintaining automated texturing tools and nodes, and writing technical documentation to promote knowledge sharing
- Understanding project art style and visual language, and proposing innovative material solutions to enhance overall artistic quality
- Assisting in improving team material production quality and efficiency, and driving technology standards and process optimization
