Job Description
Develop and customize Blue Planet Intelligent Automation workflows, resource adapters, and service models. Integrate with OSS/BSS, network elements, and external systems using REST APIs, YANG models, and XML/JSON interfaces. Build and maintain NFV and SDN-based automation solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Ciena Blue Planet (MCP, Designer, Orchestrator, Inventory)
- Strong development skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Understanding of YANG modeling, TOSCA, and network modeling concepts
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and microservices integration
- Knowledge of IP/MPLS, Optical Networks, SONET/SDH, DWDM, or general telecom networking
- Familiarity with Linux environments, CI/CD pipelines, and Git
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network automation workflows
