The Dynatrace Technical Support role requires experience in APM, preferably Dynatrace products and Cloud knowledge (MS Azure). Assist in the configuration and implementation of best practices and maintain Dynatrace environment. Investigate and analyze technical product issues and cooperate with Development and Product Management teams to solve those issues.
