Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer will design and develop engaging, effective learning materials for diverse audiences using instructional design principles and digital learning tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies
• Proficient with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Rise 360, Storyline 360
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic project management skills
