Job Description
Lead Python Developer responsible for contributing to the standard technology stack, integrating with ITSM platforms, and configuring automations and workflows. Requires collaboration with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Contribute using Python, Linux via WSL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Databricks, Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Integrate with ITSM platforms via APIs, REST calls, and webhooks.
- Configure automations, workflows, SLAs, routing rules, and inbox logic.
- Model data for operational and analytical purposes.
- Understand outbound communication flows and ensure correct branding and template configuration.
- Contribute to quality automation in CI/CD.
- Maintain clear documentation.
- Participate in a pairing-first development environment.
- Assess application security against client standards.
- Ensure APIs comply with relevant guidelines.
