Job Description
Design and own end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards, lead high/low-level design discussions, and drive decisions on Flow vs Apex vs LWC, Sync vs Async, On-platform vs external processing. Handle LDV scenarios, implement and govern Salesforce security model, and design integration patterns using MuleSoft or equivalent.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Apex design patterns, Salesforce data model, security framework, and declarative framework
- Design robust data models: custom objects, relationships, indexing strategies, and data archival
- Implement and govern Salesforce security model: Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, OWD, Sharing Rules, FLS
- Work with IT CRM and business teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and plan releases
- Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
- Design integration patterns using MuleSoft or equivalent
- Define API strategies: REST, SOAP, Platform Events, CDC
- Agentforce: Topics, Sub-agents, and Prompt Design
- Prompt Builder for AI-powered flows
- Data Cloud: ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution
- Experience with Einstein AI/Prompt Builder
