Workday Developer responsible for integrating Workday with other systems, identifying trends and risks, and implementing process improvements. 8+ years of experience required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Workday development integration
• Lead and/or participate in Workday and/or other Citi owned/licensed system and software related
• Identify trends, themes, tendencies that indicate emerging operational risks
• Effectively communicate learnings to Business
• Support the businesses with identifying potential solutions
• Engage technology partners where needed
• Supporting assessment reviews aimed at identifying gaps
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders
