Acceptance Solutions Sales Engineer will provide technical and functional expertise across Visa's Acceptance Solutions, Payments, and Fraud Management capabilities. This role is primarily focused on pre-sales consultation, solutioning, and technical advisory activities.
Requirements
- Strong digital mindset and ability to apply technology knowledge to solve business problems
- Stay current with innovation, digital payment trends, and emerging technologies
- Champion new ideas and challenge the status quo to improve solution outcomes
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and client engagement models
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, solution architecture, or related roles
- Strong understanding of SaaS based bankcard acquiring, payment gateways, payment security and fraud prevention solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Broad technology knowledge including APIs, web services, and modern application architectures
- Familiarity with merchant e-commerce platforms, storefront, and shopping cart technologies
- Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse, globally distributed stakeholders
- Experience working across Asia Pacific markets, particularly Southeast Asia and Thailand
- Revenue-oriented mindset with comfort operating in growth and greenfield environments
