Senior Director, VCA Implementation Services

Visa is seeking a Senior Director to lead the VCA Implementation Services team, responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high-performing team that solution-architects, sells, and delivers VIS offerings. The successful candidate will have 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 10+ years with an Advanced degree, and significant experience leading client-facing implementation programs in financial services or payments.

Requirements

• Build, lead, and develop a multidisciplinary VIS team
• Establish operating rhythms, delivery standards, and quality controls
• Coach and mentor leaders and individual contributors
• Lead the design of VIS solutions
• Shape and evolve VIS offerings
• Partner with VCA Practices, Product, Technology, and regional teams
• Serve as a senior executive sponsor in client engagements
• Partner with sales and VCA Practice leaders to identify client needs
• Deliver VIS engagements on time, within scope and budget, and to agreed quality standards
• Apply strong program and change management discipline
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks
