Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of healthcare with our digital care platform, Visiba Care. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with users, customers, and teams to understand real needs and create solutions that make a real difference. You will be responsible for driving discovery work, prioritizing tasks, and creating alignment between teams and stakeholders. The role involves close collaboration with our regulatory team to find the right balance between innovation and regulation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as Product Manager in an agile software company, preferably in SaaS, B2B, and/or healthtech
• Experience of working cross-functionally with various stakeholders
• Very good communicative skills - both to customers and internally
• Strong informal leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and team development
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement
