Team Lead Automation (m/w/d)

This role is for a Team Lead Automation position where you will lead and develop a team of automation experts, take functional responsibility for the area, and plan and implement automation projects from conception to commissioning. You'll collaborate with various teams and external providers, analyze and optimize processes, and present solutions to international customers. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to foster a high-performance work culture.

Requirements

• Completed studies or advanced training as a technician in electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable technical field.
• Sound practical experience in industrial automation or robotics.
• Proven leadership experience or a strong ability to lead teams and technical projects.
• Confident handling of common planning and project management tools.
• Experience in PLC programming or robot programming is an advantage.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method.
• A high degree of entrepreneurial thinking and responsibility.
• Quick comprehension as well as consistent quality orientation.
• Negotiable German and English skills.
