Job Description
The Senior EHS Advisor plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple construction projects, working closely with site teams to ensure compliance with regulations and fostering a culture of safety.
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of EHS regulations, risk assessment, and hazard identification
- Proficiency in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and safety performance data analysis
- Expertise in management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Effective collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and staff training on EHS practices
- Adaptability to evolving regulations, project requirements, and proactive improvement initiatives
- Strong organisational skills, communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety excellence
