The Contracts Administrator owns the full lifecycle of customer, vendor, and partner contracts across the organization, responsible for contract creation, review, negotiation, execution, and ongoing administration.
Requirements
- Experience in contract administration, paralegal work, legal operations, or a related role
- Strong working knowledge of contract structure, commercial terms, and risk assessment
- Ability to independently review and negotiate agreements within established guidelines
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and accountable with strong follow-through
- Clear communicator who can work effectively with Sales, Finance, Operations, Leadership, and Outside Counsel
