Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of Human Resources oversees day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the efficient, compliant, and reliable delivery of HR processes. This role implements and manages innovative, scalable HR programs that enhance onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, retention, and leadership effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in human resources or related field
- Active HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
- 8ā12+ years of advanced HR experience, with increasing levels of responsibility
