Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Lead Data & Analytics Architect to drive modernization of data architecture and reporting, focusing on SSRS report development, SSAS Tabular models, and data warehouse evolution.
Requirements
- Advanced expertise in SSRS report development and refactoring
- Strong hands-on experience with SSAS Tabular models and DAX
- Expert-level T-SQL
- Solid experience with SSRS parameters, datasets, and subscriptions
- Strong performance tuning mindset
- Demonstrated AI-first mindset
- Proven ability to lead technically as an IC
- Experience in DevOps environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses
- Background in dimensional modeling
- Familiarity with Azure SQL, data pipelines/ELT, automated testing, and modern development practices
