Job Description
The BMW Mobile Service Technician is responsible for performing automotive repairs and service, ensuring vehicle quality and customer satisfaction. They diagnose problems, follow procedures, and work with other team members to uphold store and factory standards. The role involves hands-on vehicle maintenance and utilizing company tools and certifications.
Requirements
- Diagnose cause of malfunction
- Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements
- Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner
- Return special tools to proper place
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace
- Ensure customer vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced
- Deliver MPI and demonstrate failures directly to customer
- Collect customer signature on repair orders
- Respond to any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers
- Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards
