Job Description
Vista Community Clinic is looking for a dedicated and motivated Optometrist to provide outpatient care to clinic patients and ensure quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree from an accredited optometry school and current California Optometric License.
Requirements
- Current California Optometric License
- State of California Certification for the treatment of ocular disease
- State of California Certification for the treatment of glaucoma
- A Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree from an accredited optometry school
- Current CPR certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience/familiarity with Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records systems, NextGen preferred
- Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilities
