Job Description
We are seeking an AI-First Orchestration Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent workflows that connect people, data, and systems across our organization.
Requirements
- Proficiency with n8n and/or Power Automate for workflow orchestration
- Familiarity with LangChain and LLM API integration
- Basic to intermediate Python and SQL for data handling and transformation
- Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL) and authentication (OAuth, API keys)
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate) for RAG workflows
- CRM integration experience (Salesforce preferred)
- 2–5 years in workflow automation, growth ops, sales ops, data engineering, or technical product roles
- Track record of designing and deploying automations that improve business efficiency
