Requirements

• Prior experience working with hand tools and woodworking equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to evaluate, install, and modify equipment
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods in factory
• Ability to lift 50 pounds at times
• Ability to show up to work on time
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to accept critical feedback
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
• A high school diploma or equivalent
