Solution Architect

As a Vistex Solution Architect, you will support clients directly to create a perfect start with Vistex-solutions and represent Vistex with wide, specialized knowledge, best business practices, communication skills, and service orientation.

Requirements

• Independently take up and lead Business Blueprint workshops
• Design End to End solution, Realization, Cut-over, Go Live and Post production support
• Act as a trusted advisor to Clients
• Build client relationships with C Level executives and stakeholders
• Understand client’s business and business processes and act as Vistex advisor to address the existing gaps by providing best Vistex solutions
• Understand and work with different teams to provide solution roadmap to clients
• Possess natural analytical way of thinking and troubleshooting issues
• Lead Solution Delivery Best Practices and Industry Best Practices
• Lead project escalations and take initiative to document approaches for Solutions and Industry issues
• Lead process simplification discussions and client presentations on Process Improvements
• Fundamental working knowledge of ABAP - covering Data Dictionary objects, Debugging and basic exposure to Exits will be an added advantage
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Assist in finalizing proposals, project planning and estimating
• Assist in pre-sales activities for implementation services
