The Solution Architect L1 will create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership, enabling delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. The role involves developing architectural solutions for new deals, managing a portfolio of to-be-solutions, and providing technical leadership to design and implementation of custom solutions.

Requirements

• Develop architectural solutions for new deals
• Manage a portfolio of to-be-solutions
• Provide technical leadership to design and implementation of custom solutions
• Collaborate with sales, program/project, and consulting teams
• Build and maintain relationships with executives and technical leaders
• Develop and establish technical, business process, and overall support metrics
• Manage multiple projects and report status
• Identify technical, process, structural risks and prepare a risk mitigation plan
• Ensure quality assurance of all architecture or design decisions
• Recommend tools for reuse, automation, and improved productivity
