Sr. Manager, Preconstruction & Engineering

The Sr. Manager, Preconstruction & Engineering will be responsible for managing and overseeing all pre-construction aspects of various projects, including simple cycle gas turbines, combined cycle gas turbines, and utility scale solar projects. The role will involve leading projects through FEL 2 and FEL 3, completing cost analysis and budgetary estimates, and managing execution of preliminary engineering. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in project management in construction, engineering, or a related field, and a strong background in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management in construction, engineering or directly related field
• Experience with pre-construction engineering / project-development initiatives
• Ability to look critically at a problem set, identify unique solutions, and influence change
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work with and manage confidential information
• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable
