Credit and Collections Manager

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a Credit and Collections Manager to develop, administer, and monitor credit and collection programs. The role will oversee the investigation of credit risk in customers, design and implement processes to improve cash flow, and negotiate the collection of overdue accounts.

Requirements

• At least 4-8 years of experience in credit and collections
• At least 1-3 years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Extensive knowledge of the credit and collections function and processes
• Strong aptitude for and proficiency navigating Systems and Programs including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
• Demonstrate exceptional communication across all contact channels
