We are seeking a Senior Marketing eCommerce Analyst to join our Marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 7+ years of progressive experience in an analytical role. The Senior Marketing eCommerce Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive reports and analysis that provide deep insight into the customer journey and website experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, business analytics) required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in an analytical role, preferably within marketing, ecommerce, or web analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL (writing and running queries) is required, along with large-scale data analysis and advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, VBA).
- Extensive experience leveraging web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to drive data-driven strategies, optimize digital performance, and inform executive decision-making.
- Proficient in business intelligence and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), with a proven track record of developing interactive dashboards, complex data models, and predictive analytics to support organizational goals.
- A/B testing experience is required, with familiarity in platforms such as Google Optimize, Fullstory, Adobe Analytics, or Bloomreach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders at various levels.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and work independently and collaboratively.
