Showroom Manager

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead a sales team and oversee showroom operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction, sales targets, and operational standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in luxury retail, excellent client service skills, and a strong understanding of lighting and systems product lines.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ management and sales experience in luxury home furnishings, lighting, or building materials
• Background in interior design, custom home products, or lighting required
• College degree required
• Proven leadership and motivational abilities
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Maintains professional demeanor
• Creative with strong design sense
• Capable of handling multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficient in point-of-sale systems
• Discreet with confidential information
• Skilled in customer service operations
• Flexible schedule, including Saturdays
