Requirements

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in compliance with GMP standards.
Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Collaborate with Production, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments to assist in product registration for cross-border products targeting the GBA region.
Manage investigations of quality issues, customer complaints, and product recalls, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of quality documentation and records.
