We are looking for a Senior Production Officer to join our team at Vita Green, a leading health supplements company. The successful candidate will assist the Production Manager in organizing and monitoring day-to-day operations, with a focus on ensuring production efficiency and quality compliance. This is a hands-on opportunity to deepen your operational and on-site management expertise and drive tangible improvements in a growing organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline
- 5 years or above experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with 2 years or above experience in managerial position
- Prior experience with GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP, or ISO 13485 standards is highly preferred
- On-site people management skills are a plus
