We are looking for a Customer Operations Associate to help our clients bring better healthcare benefits to life. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, and have 2+ years of experience in customer service or operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or operations
- Understanding of ICHRA, its regulatory requirements, and how it interacts with health insurance marketplaces
