We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Front Desk Manager to join our team at Vital and Wellness Hotel Albblick, a family-run hotel that stands for quality, relaxation, and respectful togetherness.

Requirements

• Several years of experience at the reception desk, ideally in a leadership position
• Completed education in the hotel trade or study in hotel/tourism management
• Enjoyment of guest contact and developed service orientation
• Excellent organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Good IT skills (MS Office and ideally ASA, MySpa, Xenia, Wordpress, Salto)
• Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
• Very good German language skills (mother tongue or comparable) and negotiation-proof English
• Willingness to further develop
