Medication Partner

We are looking for a Medication Partner to join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community at Montrose in Copley, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper administration of medication, maintaining medication carts, and providing support to residents with activities of daily living.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be appropriately certified per state guidelines
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be professional in appearance and conduct
• Have mature interpersonal skills
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Have a positive and energetic attitude
• Have computer skills
• Be physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
