Memory Care Aide $19-21 7p-7a (Full Time)

We are looking for a Memory Care Support Partner to join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community at Rockside. As a "Advocate of Empathy", you will create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. You will also be responsible for setting the stage for a successful day, partnering with residents to achieve daily life tasks, and documenting resident care and changes in condition.
