Memory Care Director

The role involves implementing engaging programming, supervising the caregiving team, and working closely with other directors to ensure resident safety and quality of care.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED
• 2 – 3 years as a Memory Care Director at an Assisted Living/Memory Care Community
• Extensive knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease and other related forms of dementia
• Experience in addressing and responding to the unmet needs of individuals living with dementia
• Exceptional teambuilding and leadership skills
• Knowledge of the state regulations and compliance management
• Effective communication skills
• Strong financial judgement
• Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet platforms, including email
