AI Enablement Lead

VitalSource is hiring an AI Enablement Lead to accelerate enterprise-wide AI adoption across non-engineering teams. The individual will identify high-impact opportunities, design scalable AI-driven solutions, and partner with stakeholders to ensure thoughtful implementation.

Requirements

• Significant experience in technology, consulting, solutions architecture, technical program management, product management, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation, workflow improvement, or technology adoption initiatives across multiple business functions in a complex operating environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate between executive, operational, and technical audiences.
