At Vitamin Well Group, we are looking for an European Sales Manager, Distributor Markets to drive growth and execution in distributor-led markets. The role will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm and reports to the Head of Commercial Operations, Europe.
Requirements
- Experience: Extensive international exposure and experience from leading distributor operations (or other third-party partners) across markets.
- Commercial strength: Strong account management and negotiation skills, confident with listings, pricing, promotions and investment cases.
- Distributor expertise: Clear track record of setting demands, following up systematically and delivering results via partners.
- Data and discipline: Skilled in forecasting, performance tracking and turning insight into action.
- Ways of working: Natural networker with a structured approach. Hands-on when needed, engaging directly in commercial planning and key customer meetings.
- Style: Pragmatic, collaborative and steady under pace, thriving in international and high-growth settings.
