Admissions RN Hospital Plant

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Admissions RN to guide patients and families through the transition to hospice care. The role involves conducting clinical assessments, educating patients about hospice services, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice, palliative, ER, ICU, home health or case management preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Active listener who builds trust and rapport
