The Chaplain is a member of the interdisciplinary team and focuses on the spiritual needs of patients, families, caregivers and staff, providing pastoral care interventions and support.
Requirements
- Ordination or Commission to function in a ministry of pastoral care
- Endorsement of and good standing with body of faith
- 5 years of pastoral experience, 2 in a clinical setting
- 1 unit (400 hours) of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Master's of Divinity or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited seminary or theological school
