Job Description
VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Director of Patient Care Services to join their senior leadership team, ensuring the clinical, financial, and operational aspects of hospice care are running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a RN license, at least four years of healthcare management experience, and a can-do attitude.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse License to practice in the state where the VITAS Program is located.
- Two years of home health and hospice experience.
- Four years of healthcare management experience.
- Hands-on fiscal and budgetary experience.
- Experience managing a team of leaders.
