The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides personal care and services to hospice patients to augment care given by family members or other caregivers.
Requirements
- Performs personal care activities as assigned by a written plan
- Assists patients with ambulation, feeding, and medications
- Maintains patient safety and hygiene
- Documents patient status and care provided
