Job Description
VITAS Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Registered Nurse to provide end-of-life care to hospice patients. This role focuses on maintaining patient comfort, fostering connections, and guiding patients and families through the end-of-life journey. The position requires a strong commitment to providing holistic support and is a key member of a collaborative team.
Requirements
- Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the VITAS program is located.
- At least two years of hospice nursing experience, home health, or community health.
- Reliable transportation.
