Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to administer nursing care to terminally ill patients in their home. The LPN/LVN will evaluate patient needs, implement interdisciplinary care plans, and collaborate with the Registered Nurse and team, ensuring the best possible care experience for the patient and family. This role involves direct patient care, medication administration, and maintaining a safe environment.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain transportation.
• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the VITAS program is located.
• At least one year of satisfactory nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Equivalent experience may be considered.
