LPN Continuous Care

We are VITAS Healthcare, the nation’s leading end-of-life care provider since 1978. As an LPN with the VITAS Intensive Comfort Care service, you will provide one-to-one crisis care for hospice patients with high-intensity clinical supervision for a short period of time.

Requirements

• Nursing license
• At least one year of hospital nursing experience
• Reliable transportation
