Job Description
We are VITAS Healthcare, the nation’s leading end-of-life care provider since 1978. As a patient care administrator (PCA), you will join the senior leadership team for a VITAS service area, ensuring the clinical, financial, and operational aspects of hospice are running smoothly within your purview.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse License to practice in the state where the VITAS Program is located.
- Two years of home health and hospice experience.
- Four years of healthcare management experience.
- Hands-on fiscal and budgetary experience.
- Experience managing a team of leaders.
