Job Description
We are VITAS Healthcare, the nation’s leading end-of-life care provider. As a patient care administrator (PCA), you will join the senior leadership team, ensuring the clinical, financial, and operational aspects of hospice are running smoothly. You will support team members, coach, consult on clinical matters, and lead performance improvement initiatives to elevate the patient experience.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse License to practice in the state where the VITAS Program is located.
- Two years of home health and hospice experience.
- Four years of healthcare management experience.
- Hands-on fiscal and budgetary experience.
- Experience managing a team of leaders.
