VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Patient Care Administrator to join their senior leadership team, responsible for ensuring the clinical, financial, and operational aspects of hospice care are running smoothly. The PCA will support the interdisciplinary team and lead performance improvement initiatives to elevate the patient experience.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse License to practice in the state where the VITAS Program is located
- Two years of home health and hospice experience
- Four years of healthcare management experience
- Hands-on fiscal and budgetary experience
- Experience managing a team of leaders
