Job Description
We are seeking a Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a credentialed and licensed health care professional, you will be responsible for data collection, analysis, and improvement of hospice operations. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, and experience with data analysis and spreadsheet programs is required.
Requirements
- Credentialed and licensed health care professional
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (optional)
- Knowledge of hospice operations and performance improvement concepts (optional)
- Experience with data collection, basic statistics, and statistical measurement tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with spreadsheet and word processing programs
