The receptionist is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, taking and delivering messages, and performing other clerical duties as needed.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior relevant experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and software packages such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to communicate tactfully with all levels of employees and visitors
