Job Description
VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide end-of-life care to patients and their families. As a member of the VITAS team, you will have the autonomy to make care decisions at the bedside and help patients and their loved ones understand the benefits of comfort-focused end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the VITAS program is located
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or community health in the last five years
- Equivalent experience or licensure may be considered
