Job Description
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at VITAS Healthcare, you will provide end-of-life care to patients in their homes, working with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic support. You will be a respected member of the team, making care decisions at the bedside and forging compassionate connections with patients and families.
Requirements
- Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the VITAS program is located
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or community health in the last five years
- Equivalent experience or licensure may be considered
