Job Description
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will care for hospice patients in their homes, making compassionate and meaningful connections with them and their loved ones. You will ensure patient comfort and autonomy, and work with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic support.
Requirements
- Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the VITAS program is located
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or community health in the last five years
- Reliable transportation
